1.     Sri Lankan Passport

2.    Verified degree certificate (BSc/BA/B.COM)

3.     National identify card

4.     Birth certificate

5.     3- month Bank statement letter (original)  

• Documents to be scan out must be done on an A4-size paper. Other sizes will not be accepted

      Pay the Processing Fee

1.     We will charge a processing fee.

          Document fee          =  JP¥100,000.00   (1st payment LKR 185,000.00)

          Visa fee                    =  JP¥740,000.00   (2nd payment LKR 1,365,000.00) 

     Wait for your visa.

After you have submitted everything to the us, there’s nothing left to do but to wait and hope for the best. If we encounter any problem (e.g. additional requirements), we will let you know.  Visa processing normally takes 3-4 month, but sometimes up to 5 months.
